IQue is neither a software company nor a hardware company. We are a solution company. IQue set out to provide a solution for on-demand video broadcasting with content, as well as live video broadcasting with content, over the internet. To that end, IQue works in several different areas including video streaming, video production and editing, software development, and hardware configuration. Realizing that providing our clients with only one piece of the video-casting puzzle simply wasn’t good enough, we attacked the problem from their standpoint. What would we want in the form of an off-the-shelf, ready-to-work, all-inclusive video-casting system that would work virtually anywhere, no matter what type of computer was being used or internet connection speed?

The answer is simple: A system that included all the components necessary to develop video, add in content, edit that content, and then deliver the finished product to as many or as few recipients as the user wants, all in an easy-to-use format that doesn’t require a resident "techno-geek" to install, maintain, or operate. The roots of IQue’s itStudio™ can be traced back to the technical expertise and vision of William Baker, and the marketplace savvy of John Bartoletta. Mr. Baker has worked in the television and broadcast industries for over 25 years. Mr. Baker relied on his diverse background to outline a process whereby content could be incorporated quickly and allow for editing with ease.

With several technical developments in hand, Mr. Baker met Mr. John Bartoletta, Chairman of High Street Financial, Inc. Mr. Bartoletta has been a visionary in the world of investment management for over 15 years, developing his own models for recognizing opportunities in the financial markets. In addition to his investment management activities, Mr. Bartoletta has also provided venture capital funding for several companies. When Mr. Bartoletta saw what Mr. Baker had developed, he instantly saw the next step and the incredible opportunity – an all-in-one system that creates video, adds content, and delivers it any where, all in a matter of minutes.
